This is my second loaf of homemade bread ever...
I didn't think the first loaf was picture worthy as it came out a funny shape... although Mike liked it and consumed the entire thing I thought it was to dense, bland and well.... ugly. (if bread can be ugly?)
So, I'm excited to try this one. I love the crusty outside and the golden color.
I also love how the house smelled while it was baking :) Mmmm, why did I wait so long to try making bread?
My fav ingredient... Molasses!
